Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after you’ve received your item(s). Please contact us directly WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS if any item you receive is damaged or defective. Please provide photos or video evidence of the affected product for investigation. Upon our investigation resolving in your favor, we will provide you with a replacement product within 8-14 business days or a full refund within 3 business days. Our products are packaged securely and with the utmost care; however, minor dents or scuffs may occur during shipping. Some dusting on our palettes is normal and is not considered damage. A member of our team will get back to you within 1-2 calendar days.

No refunds will be provided if returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
